Isabel Fish, an acclaimed, award-winning and highly experienced director, producer and educator, is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Isabel Fish Academy trains students to become professional public presenters, performers and actors. The academy provides internationally recognised Trinity Guildhall qualifications.

Students can choose from individual and group classes. The latter are typically managed by 1 or 2 teachers. When there are 2 teachers students often alternate between group work with one teacher and individual work with the other.

Isabel is dedicated to her students and often aids them over periods of years as they grow and prosper.

For every hour of work done by a teacher in class typically over 3 hours of work are done outside of class. This includes discussing students’ achievements and behaviour with another teacher, planning class activities and preparing reading material for students. Students are welcome to contact their teacher outside of class with matters that cannot wait until the next class - the student may find that the teacher has been recently thinking about the student’s work.
